      SO much training opportunity here! Great way to dive into all the ins and outs of fast-pace mass staffing and learn about hiring, coaching, etc quickly!

      Staffing industry comes with a high burn-out rate Could use more diversity in upper-level management

      Pros

      The people you work alongside tend to be pretty awesome.

      Cons

      Poor leadership. Toxic work culture. Not willing to listen to employees outside of their executive leadership team, solely to protect their executive leadership team. HR truly has no control of the culture. Health benefits are horrible.
