Pros
Coworkers can be friendly and you make life-long friends.
Cons
Where do I begin? Now that I've been ex-communicated, I see the company for who they really are. They claim to be a "family company" and while it's true they are, they don't act like it. Unless you're a manager or employee who has been there for 30+ years, they don't really care about you. They might pretend like they do, but they don't. They don't pay nearly what they should for the work they make you do. They claim to have great benefits and perks, but that's just what they say to get you through the door. Don't expect to make enough money to live, pay a mortgage, eat AND have any money leftover. McDonald's pays their employees better. You will be micromanaged until the cows come home. You will be told what to do, when to do it and how fast to do it. If even a single hair is out of place, you will hear about it. There is no room for error - even an accidental one. You will be kicked to the curb with no remorse. Lastly, make sure you have thick skin going in. You will be called every name under the sun by the temps and you can do nothing about it.
