      Good benefits and incentive programs. It is a great first job out of college.

      There is very little room for advancement without relocating.

      Pros

      The people you work alongside tend to be pretty awesome.

      Cons

      Poor leadership. Toxic work culture. Not willing to listen to employees outside of their executive leadership team, solely to protect their executive leadership team. HR truly has no control of the culture. Health benefits are horrible.
