Pros
It's a smaller company environment where you are really cared for by your colleagues. Your opinion does matter as long as you stay out of the politics. Also, there is parking dedicated to the employees, which is great as it saves on the commute time and cost.
Cons
The qualifications of management should be quentioned, there are a lot of people who have worked at Dolby for a very long time. Management should think about bringing new blood in.Not willing to spend money on the right technologies.
