Extremely paranoid company, high turnover up to the executive ranks. CFO of the division I worked for was replaced 4 times in 6 years. Second in command was called relentlessly by headhunters. Relied very heavily on tons of printed reports that few people understood. High security because the power that be moved people in the growing areas around like chess pieces and some became very irate, one time in the past I was told one came down from Salinas with a gun looking to make trouble (that was in the early 1990s I heard). All in all a very unpleasant experience and I would never work there again.
