      Pros

      Good health insurance and work a teenager is capable of

      Cons

      Not enough hours are given to keep the store open and stock so as the salaried human in the building i work 70+ hours over 6 days every week. Can't really shock or get the huge load of extra tasks done if you are the only person there until 3pm.

      Good job for someone starting to get a job

      Terrible oppurtunities for anyone actually trying to move forward. Boss literally had a stroke from this job and then was forgotten about.

      Pros

      There are no pros for working for this company. The store manager promotes Key holders within 2 wks of being hired. So theres no training and she rehires employee whom she has fired for theft. If your not kin too her in some way, you wont be there long. In the 7 mos ive been there we have around 10 or more employees come and go.

      Cons

      The pay is low and the hours that schedule you for isnt enough to live on. Thats why there is a revolving door. If your not kin to store manager you get no perks.
