      -Great Pay -Raises all the time -Different shifts

      Cons

      -Point system (call out too much and you will be fired) -inconsistent management -Paid by the hour (people wanted you to work slower so we wouldn't leave early) -Lots of Politics

      Pros

      None. This is the worst company I've ever worked for. The pay is not commeasurate with the amount of work that you were expected to do. Dollar General runs their stores on skeleton crews and each person is expected to do the work of 3 to four people.

      Cons

      Everything. From dealing with incredibly rude customers, to the pay, to the workload and everything in between. Again, this is the worst company that I have ever worked for and I've definitely had my fair share of jobs in my lifetime.
