Pros
They are trying very hard to get caught up to the 20th century. Also as a company they are very.strong financially.and source a.great deal of their products from the U.S.
Cons
Very negative management style. SM's are epxpected to pick up the slack for horrible payroll. As a manager sometimes I spend.20 plus hours as a cashier per week. Store managers are required.to work 5.5 days a week. Plus the home office.jams so much stuff down your throat that if there is.any hiccup in your week you are way behind.
