Pros
None, unless you are single with no family and don't want any kinda life outside work.
Cons
It's a 6 day work week which my DM that interviewed me never told me about, I didn't even find out about that till I started training with my training manager. Your salaried in at 40 hours told you have to work 45 to 48 but if you take this job plan on working 65 Plus. You are given no hours to work with, 110 to 117 on average to run a store. You're not just going to be a store manager, you're going to be the store manager, stocker, janitor, cashier and the list goes on and on. You are given an impossible work load that teeters on the boarder of impossible to accomplish, unless u work 14-15 hrs a day... The 6-day work week is more like a 7-Day work week because of your DM will text you from Sun up till sundown, well at least mine did and expect you to be running the building even on your day off so good luck trying to get anything done in your personal life. In fact my DM called me after I left for a better job that treats me right and threatened me over the phone yes called my cell and threatened me. In fear of more retaliation from him I chose not to report it to DG HR. So to sum it up, if you want to make 47k or so a year and work 7 days a week whether you're in the building or not and have zero family life and be told you're not allowed to even have a family life when you request two days off for one week then I guess this job is for you but if you want to be treated right and fairly and not have a district manager threaten you even after you leave then I would look elsewhere....
