Pros

They have a bonus system that depends on your month to moth sales.

Cons

-Work long hours -If you ever loose an assistant prepare to be working 50 to 80 hours a week -The company believes that we all have a magic wand that we can wave around and some how we will be able to get all the merchandise to the shelves. What I mean by that is that they don't have hours allocated for freight processing but some how you are expected to have no boxes in your back room. -Not an organize company

Pros

I enjoyed working at Dollar Tree because it allowed me to lead a team, help develop associates, and make a difference in my store. I liked the fast-paced environment and the variety of challenges that came with running daily operations. The experience helped me grow as a manager, strengthen my problem-solving skills, and build great relationships with both my team and customers.

Cons

The biggest challenges were limited staffing, heavy workloads, and a lack of support from the district level when issues arose. PTO requests were often denied due to business needs, which made it difficult to achieve a good work-life balance. While these challenges could be frustrating at times.
