Pros
The benefits - insurance, tuition reimbursement, retirement, etc.
Cons
Pay is not competitive Chronically understaffed making workload nearly impossible. Company tends to make it difficult to have extra headcount approved despite growing numbers of stores constantly outgrowing number of associates employed to manage them all. Management seems to be friendly and will allow associates to do certain things until it’s brought to attention or until they no longer like the things being done, at which point they will threaten to write you up instead of ever having come to you beforehand to discuss that there was a problem/issue to begin with. The only thing that saved my coworker from being written up was the fact that she cried when they threatened her with the write up because it caught her so off guard and she has never been written up at any job before. She may have been doing something wrong, however their way of not saying anything until they were ready to write her up is a bit wrong. Management in general seems to be an issue.
