Pros
Sm are required to work 45 hrs but they base your pay off 40 hrs. During xmas you have to work 6 days a wk no exceptions for the entire time of after Thanksgiving until the week of Xmas. You have to work every day up to Xmas. You get 1 comp day to use before Feb for all that. And it's not even a livable salary. Especially if you have a family. The training is sub par and Goodluck to ya if you need help in your store or have a questions. Hr is totally absent unless they want to give you grief about something and they say you have work life bal... that's a joke. If you think you're doing well, don't hold your breathe because they'll make sure you know you're not. Their expectations are unrealistic especially when you can't staff the store properly. 😒 too much stress for a bs retail job. 5 out of 5 do not recommend.
Cons
Read above. There are no pros lol 😆 I qualified for 2 bonuses and wasn't paid out on either and given a bs reason as to why. And I never get support from my district but whenever the dm needs a favor I'm the first to be asked. The math doesn't math here. N they write up sm for things totally out if their control too. It's great for a first time ever job for a kid as a cashier. That's about it.
