MIDNIGHT SHIFTS!!!!, make promises they don't keep, most managers are unapproachable, VERY high turnover rate, ROTC environment is hostile and tense, employees gossip like children, new employees are trained incorrectly, employees are rewarded for time at company over work quality (promoting people who don't deserve it and leaving the ones who do in the dust). NO LUNCH BREAKS.
