Pros
The system didn't identify my last position correctly. My resume shows Dominion as my last assignment as a contractor. I was assigned as a Project Manager for Solar projects on the east coast, Virginia State. I will recommend Dominion for is strong expertise, more specifically in the hydro and thermal industry.
Cons
Dominion is facing with some strong weaknesses in regards to managing solar projects. This is a young industry that needs a more flexible and understandable approach toward their EPC contractors.
