Thank you for your feedback! Totally understand about the staffing concerns. Our Talent Acquisition group is working very diligently to help fill vacancies across the company that were on hold due to the hiring freeze in 2020. So hopefully there will be some relief there soon. As for the PTO, our non-union employee paid leave is separated into vacation and sick leave, both of which accrue quarterly so not sure what you mean there. And your advice regarding promotions is concerning, I would definitely recommend raising this to your HR representative if you see this occur. Thank you again for your review and honesty!
