They claim to be so diverse, but that must be in one small department. The construction section is homophobic, transphobic, and sexist. Literally DO NOT work here if you're not a white man. Fired me over someone else's mistake, which I documented. Was fired anyway, even though said boss has a documented history of incompetence. I had been repeatedly harassed by a superior. He would make inappropriate comments about literally everything. They moved me out of that sector but the guy still works there.
