I can not think of any except pay starts at 19.50.
Cons
System either kicks you out or runs extremely slow making it hard to meet your required metrics. Everything is your fault even when it should fall on someone else in a different department. They lie to you during training to get you to stay but once you're on the floor you get talked down to and all the care about are numbers. There is mandatory overtime as well. It affects you metrics negatively if you're on a long call helping a customer. Or if you go to lunch or breaks late due to still being on the call HELPING a customer. There is an extremely high turnover rate as well. Supervisors are immature and clicked up like high schoolers and give incorrect information.
