Good Pay but no work life balance - Groundman Dominion Energy Employee Review

Let me be the first to say, our groundworker and lineworker teams have some of the toughest jobs in the industry and so I really appreciate the work you do. These grueling roles are certainly not a fit for everyone and can mean long hours, especially during storm seasons. You are completely correct in that it can be very "tough", but that is because of the important nature of this position. Without these teams the number of outages our customers would expereince would be much higher and longer, so we encourage everyone who is interested in these types of roles to be aware of the demands and responsibilities.
