Thank you for your review and for your tenure (9+ years) with Dominion Energy! Your work as an Operator at one of our largest nuclear facilities is a huge asset to the company. I also appreciate you highlighting the great benefits our employees receive across our stations and footprint. However, I completely understand that there is a large amount of pressure on our nuclear workforce to produce emission free energy for our customers. This can mean long hours and a lot of training. Our HR and Talent Acquisition teams are working hard to increase headcounts at a number of our nuclear stations and thereby hopefully reduce the work load per employee. Nuclear leadership is also keenly aware of the concerns you raised and are taking steps to mitigate them over the next few months.
