I greatly appreciate the 4+ years you spent with Dominion Energy and am sorry to hear that your overall expereince was disappointing. Culture and Diversity are two areas we constantly focus on and work diligently to enhance. We have rolled out a number of diversity programs including ERGs and Inclusion Councils to ensure employees have the option to connect with diverse and varying individuals across the company. However, I understand that does not always translate to everyone. I also want to address the case for nepotism. This is not something Dominion Energy tolerates and we have a lot of processes in place to avoid any direct favoritism or behavior that targets one specific employee.
