Hello there and thank you for taking a few minutes to share your expereince at Dominion Energy. I am glad to see you highlight a number of great things about the company including our strive for a great work and life integration and our core value of safety. And you are correct in that a major transition both for us as a company and across the energy industry is occurring. For us it was important to evaluate our future goals, current mission, and overall strategy for both our customers and employees. This is why the decision of transitioning some of our gas infrastructure in the states your mentioned to another company more focused on natural gas resources was made. Not an easy decision, but one that our leadership feels will make both companies stronger. Additionally, we are very dedicated to our employees and enabling them to grow internally.
