Not my cup of tea - Project Manager Dominion Energy Employee Review

There is zero work/life balance. We work 9-hr days so we get every other Friday off. I have worked just about every Friday since I started with no reimbursement and I’ve even worked on the weekend just to try and keep up. You’re required to work during vacation. Everything is treated as an emergency and there are no SOPs in place for staff to refer to. “One Dominion” does not exist in my Service group. To be honest, I’ve only experienced cons with this company. Other departments seem to have it made though.
