Pros
The Pay and Benefits are okay. Dominion has offices all across the United States in several different divisions so you can find them almost everywhere. There are some good and talented people left in the company which I hope will hang on until after the sale.
Cons
The days of receiving bonuses are gone due to the current economy. There is little advancement within Dominion and they are not very ethnically balanced or even balanced between genders. It is the typical good old boys group promoted up through the ranks even if they are not the best for the job. We have been up for sale twice in the last 4 years and have been on the market this last time since January with no buyers yet in sight.
