Pros
There is nothing of value with this company. It is a soulless, uninspiring company that provides a paycheck at best. There is nothing else to be gained by working here.
Cons
Extremely low pay compared to elsewhere for similar jobs. Since they pay so very poorly, they can't attract or keep top level talent. Due to the lack of talent, incompetence runs rampant in most departments. Health insurance does not provide appropriate coverage for a company of this size. Cheap, cheap, cheap with budget for virtually everything: office supplies, decent computers, etc.
