Pros
Opportunity to transfer to different departments such as distribution, sales, management, print, internet, etc. Good work environment, opportunity to make a good living if you work for the right publication or department.
Cons
Distribution pay is low and is fading away due to everything going to internet. The company was always rumored to be bought out by another company changing its structure. Sales bonuses for reps was a bit small. Distribution managers where expected to do way too much for very little in return and sacrafice personal time as well.
