Worst company I have ever worked for - Anonymous employee Dominion Enterprises Employee Review

There was payroll freeze from 2008-2010 but managers & directors & V.P got salary raise. Company treats everyone on case-to-case basis. Management makes big promises but never keeps it. Keeps changing the insurance every year making it costly & worst coverage. Keeps firing employees on the floor but company does not mind spending thousands of dollars on managers travelling to/from USA/Canada/ Europe every week. Whenever company fires people , they do not give long enough notice & just surprise on the Friday eve @ 5pm.
