Very cooperative and understanding when you need sick time or have to leave early to pick up your kid or take classes. Supervisors do not micro-manage generally (at least if you work with IT). Benefits are comparable to other large companies (Cigna health ins HMO or PPO, Vangaurd 401K w/ 4% matching, life ins., flexible spending acct for medical and daycare, vision and dental). Great place to start a career and build up your skills, or if you value a positive work environment over pay.
