Pros
Benefits Tip if you are looking to be hired with Dominion. Higher education is weighed more than work experience. An MBA and no experience will most likely get you a job when compared to a candidate with several years of experience.
Cons
Senior Management is not skilled on current products or practices. Business is too sales focused and not focused on providing an industry leading product, far more than the majority of Senior Management were sales managers. Some current Senior Management were given promotions from failing sales management positions. It seems that those who are set in the business's politics see pay increases, all others' salary are frozen.
