Pros
Many different and interesting business units. There are many talented people in this company. It could be really great if they learned to communicate effectively and work together.
Cons
Senior Management is very fraternal and they don't encourage or welcome new employees to be part of the team easily. Seniority seems to be valued more than performance. The company is currently re-inventing itself after a failed attempt to sell the business. There is a lot of confusion as many of the more experienced senior managers have left. This has resulted in poor communication lately. Additionally, the company has a policy of 5 unpaid days off for 1020 in order to save money which in effect reduces paid vacation time by a week. It did allow they to save some jobs however. Morale because of this and other challenges is low
