Pros
The job has great benefits. There is also a certain amount of job security, at least in the support sectors. Sales has a really high turnover rate, but it's not so bad in the marketing and technical sides of the business.
Cons
The pay is way below average. You're not really ever valued as an employee. If you get another job offer, Dominon will never try and match it to keep you, they'll hire someone else and pay them even less than they paid you. I've seen it happen many times, even with senior management.
