Business Outlook
Pros
Strong team building/leadership. It has been a good company to work for over 22 years. The personnel I work with are pleasant and we work well together. Though I do not use the medical benefits (as I am a disabled veteran and use Veteran's Administration benefits), they seem to be very good. I do use the vision and dental benefits and they are quite good.
Cons
The company has downsized quite bit in the last few years. Promotions are difficult to achieve. It has been a good company to work for but I do not see any chance of further advancement, no matter how many jobs I take on or systems I learn.
