Pros
Good 401(k) Great people to work with and joke about the company with. Recently updated vacation policy. Free parking. If you're someone who slacks off, it's tough to get fired. Recently updated dress code.
Cons
Below average compensation. Hard to be proud of what you work on. Old equipment and technology. Lack of innovation. Most products are copied from competitors. Businesses do just about anything as long as a client pays them. This leads to rushed, poorly made products. If you're a hard worker, be prepared to be overloaded with work and forced to compensate for lazy people. Tough to take vacation knowing when you come back you'll have a ton of work to make up since your manager didn't think to disperse it among your peers. Some small changes have been made but the same major problems have existed five years or more.
