      Pros

      Dominium offers great benefits along with a busy energetic work environment, the employees are very helpful during the learning process.

      Cons

      The management can be some what micro managed. You must be able to take directions other wise you will be kicked to the curb due to clicks between management.

      They lied and mentioned I quit and have proof that I did not

      Cons

      Treat employees not the best how can you tell an employee once they come back to work to apply for any open role and apply for so many even Lower positions willingly to take pay cut and can’t give you a position more than 8 positions.
