      Pros

      Sense of community for employees, political outreach, and volunteer programs. Upper-Management is easy to talk to.

      Cons

      You are expected to go above and beyond and be compensated little. Bonuses are based on budget, not performance - same with salary - underpaid, over worked.

      They lied and mentioned I quit and have proof that I did not

      Cons

      Treat employees not the best how can you tell an employee once they come back to work to apply for any open role and apply for so many even Lower positions willingly to take pay cut and can’t give you a position more than 8 positions.
