      Pros

      Being a part of providing housing to low income families is rewarding work. Dominium allows for new graduates to get a start in the accounting field. The growth of the company allows for an environment of innovation as we look for ways to create efficiencies. Schedule flexibility - remote and flex days are standard policy.

      Cons

      Salaries increases are somewhat limited.

      They lied and mentioned I quit and have proof that I did not

      Cons

      Treat employees not the best how can you tell an employee once they come back to work to apply for any open role and apply for so many even Lower positions willingly to take pay cut and can’t give you a position more than 8 positions.
