      Pros

      I so appreciated the training that I received before I was assigned to the Assets. Dominium also assigns Mentors to each employee to ensure a successful transition. Unlike some companies that through you to the wolves to sink or swim! Dominium is a very structured Company and I now understand why employees have stayed with the company for so many years.... Thank you David and Nicki (Mentor)

      Knowing that nothing is perfect and I will see something over time, at this point, I don't see any Cons.

      They lied and mentioned I quit and have proof that I did not

      Cons

      Treat employees not the best how can you tell an employee once they come back to work to apply for any open role and apply for so many even Lower positions willingly to take pay cut and can’t give you a position more than 8 positions.
