      Pros

      I have worked for several companies in my 20 plus year career and this is the first company that I really feel I get support from upper management. The continuing training is also awesome. Our industry changes so much it so very important to keep your onsite staff up to date on all important changes.

      They lied and mentioned I quit and have proof that I did not

      Cons

      Treat employees not the best how can you tell an employee once they come back to work to apply for any open role and apply for so many even Lower positions willingly to take pay cut and can’t give you a position more than 8 positions.
