      Pros

      Nice office facility Free food often Decent health insurance benefits and 401k match

      Cons

      Unreasonable expectations for number of expected hours worked Company tracks all employees computers and computer hours are sent to management weekly. If you are in a meeting you better keep your mouse moving, or you are listed as non-productive. The Owners and C-Suite are out of touch with day to day operations, low salaries even though the company has deep pockets. Not much diversity at all except in the property management group

      They lied and mentioned I quit and have proof that I did not

      Cons

      Treat employees not the best how can you tell an employee once they come back to work to apply for any open role and apply for so many even Lower positions willingly to take pay cut and can’t give you a position more than 8 positions.
