Pros
There is a great network of support, opportunities for growth and advancement, and really cool new developments, all over the US! I have had the opportunity to move up in the company from a very entry level position to a management role and have worked with really great people along the way. The culture and atmosphere at Dominium is very welcoming both at the site level and corporate. Dominium is dedicated to it's employees. You don't find that everywhere.
Cons
The only con that comes to mind is the office hours for some site staff. Later evening office hours can be great for the residents but can be hard on site staff and their work/life balance. Of course, the hours vary based on prop type, location, etc. so this is a very minor concern.
