      Pros

      The company tries to do a lot of cool things and be the leader in the pizza industry. The benefits are awesome, much better than most companies.

      Cons

      The HR department is controlled by people who are not ethical. There are a lot of good people at Domino's, but HR is filled with a lot of underhanded people. HR protects and covers up inappropriate situations.

      Pros

      Really easy to make management look incompetent.

      Cons

      Below market pay. Promotions/Raises based on favoritism/prejudice rather than performance or reliability. No benefits. No holidays off. No PTO. No said sick days. Company retaliate's for taking Workers Comp or paying reimbursement for gas mileage/supplies out of pocket. Condescending and incompetent management.
