      Pros

      Easy to accomplish pay raises (at a dime a task). Simple requirements for employment. Flexible scheduling (at my specific location)

      Cons

      Fast-paced environment can be stressful. Managers can be Great or Terrible, no in between. Low ceiling for advancement within branches.

      Pros

      Flexible work hours, fast paced environment with various stations to run which was good for my ADHD. We had a good team who tried hard and that made working at my location bearable

      Cons

      Not great healthcare, no PTO, they dont have those cushy standing mats to save your feet and body while standing for your entire shift. Would often be short staffed and work 10+ hour shifts without a break
