      Cons

      Never have guaranteed personal time. Required to return to work if sales exceed staffing levels. On call during all business hours

      Pros

      Flexible work hours, fast paced environment with various stations to run which was good for my ADHD. We had a good team who tried hard and that made working at my location bearable

      Cons

      Not great healthcare, no PTO, they dont have those cushy standing mats to save your feet and body while standing for your entire shift. Would often be short staffed and work 10+ hour shifts without a break
