Pros

Sometimes easy hours, whenever there were no promotions or special offers Friendly working environment among other service representatives although the guys working in the kitchen couldn't speak English because they were all from Poland.

Cons

Tuesdays were very busy and hectic, Management was not very competent, there was a lack of communication with the staff, only one manager was keeping good relations with their employees, the rest of the management were not very friendly.

Pros

Flexible work hours, fast paced environment with various stations to run which was good for my ADHD. We had a good team who tried hard and that made working at my location bearable

Cons

Not great healthcare, no PTO, they dont have those cushy standing mats to save your feet and body while standing for your entire shift. Would often be short staffed and work 10+ hour shifts without a break
