Pros
Most of the people I work with are great. Free coffee and soda. There are a few good people in management, unfortunately they are beat down like most of the work-force.
Cons
Domino's brands itself as a 'Technology' company, but they are anything but that. The HR department sticks their nose in literally every department decision. HR & IT Management need to be completely replaced. People are miserable, there is a mass exodus that is in full swing. They will over work you and under-pay you. They attempt to tell you about the bonus program if you question an offer. The TAD program IS NOT a replacement for market pay rates. Raises if you are lucky enough to get one, are a smack in the face. There is no communication between IT groups, or between entire departments. Inexperienced managers make work-life difficult with hap-hazard decision making and constant scrutiny. 'Yes' men are constantly promoted to the top. The political games are a huge part of working in IT at Domino's and is a significant source of the problems. When you work for Domino's IT, kiss your freedom goodbye. Domino's IT is a toxic environment.
