Pros
Good people to work with Sometimes fun. Can be encourage to become management if you want a career in Dominos.
Cons
Long hours, low pay, no breaks unless your at a quiet store. Wont get a pay rise unless you go out of your way, and suck up to the manager or area manager, and even then it will only be a pay rise just above minimum wage. They seem to pick anyone to become management even if they can't do the simplest of tasks.
