Pros
Domo has great culture and it’s very fun to work here. There are many intelligent and helpful engineers willing to help you learn and grow, and there are many opportunities to network and socialize. Domo seems to have great diversity in terms of hiring men & women and people across many racial & ethnic backgrounds.
Cons
We are very sales-driven, which causes high-pressure timelines and frequent reassignments to new projects. Domo seems to have poor diversity in terms of LGBT representation. I’ve never seen a pride flag in our office.
