      Pros

      - The management will make everything possible to make you comfortable in your job. - Training time is adequate and relevant - They are very understanding of unexpected situations and are ready to help for personal issues. - Time-off policies are acceptable. - Staff is really friendly and the management approachable at any time - The pay is higher than the average in the market - Communication inside your own teams is great

      Cons

      - Promotions could take a very long time to get even for go-getters - Internal promotions are wanted but seldom occurs - Little communication with other teams

      Pros

      Close knit excellent maintenance teams that seem to do the impossible with the amount of understaffing over the years. Couldn't ask for a better place or people to work with. I have loved my time at this mill. Domtar has no idea at the quality of the institution\people that they are casting off into the abyss.

      Cons

      The corporation as a whole I am not a fan of. It seems they acquired Resolute FP to strategically dismantle it. They have closed several of the RFP mills and Coosa Pines an absolute institution that has been the backbone of the community for over 75 years is the next on the chopping block in May 2026.
