      Pros

      They really care about your education and will put you where your interests are. Have the flexibility to work overtime. Great place to learn as well as awesome salary for college students

      Cons

      Supervisors play the "I'm better than you" B.S With everyone that works with them, they generally work poorly as a team together because they think they know best or more without looking at all facets. Some are very manipulative and are not very understanding nor try to be. The younger managers have a hard time understanding work/life balance in fact, I don't think they care. A bit sexist at times....

      Pros

      Close knit excellent maintenance teams that seem to do the impossible with the amount of understaffing over the years. Couldn't ask for a better place or people to work with. I have loved my time at this mill. Domtar has no idea at the quality of the institution\people that they are casting off into the abyss.

      Cons

      The corporation as a whole I am not a fan of. It seems they acquired Resolute FP to strategically dismantle it. They have closed several of the RFP mills and Coosa Pines an absolute institution that has been the backbone of the community for over 75 years is the next on the chopping block in May 2026.
