Cons
You can make a lot of money here…. But you’ll have to sacrifice your home life and any resemblance of a life to really make it. We are in a perpetual state of forced overtime due to staffing issues. Staffing issues that are only going to continue to worsen due to impending retirees and the fact that the very small amount of new hires that we do obtain quit within just a few weeks. There doesn’t seem to be any concern from the HR department about these facts. There also seems to be a huge disconnect between HR/upper level management and hourly employees; and the upper level salary employees seem to revel in that. Almost like we’re two sides in a constant battle.
