Pros
Good benefits in the office setting. Smaller company, they are understanding if you need to miss work for sick time or family reasons.
Cons
Expectations are unclear. Very much a man's club. Women are treated poorly. If you find a new job they are known to let the employees go rather than letting them work the extent of their notice.
